Hello, everyone! I am so excited to be guest posting today. I'm Kayla from A Darling Dream. There's not much more I love than jewelry. The more bling the better is my motto :) With that said, I also love a great statement piece that can stand on it's own. I'm always on the lookout for new pieces to add to my collection, I'm really picky! But, when I came across this beauty online a few weeks back I knew instantly that I had to have it! When it arrived, it was like Christmas came early! This necklace does not disappoint! It goes with everything from T-Shirts to fancy date night outfits. Today I chose to pair it with my new favorite red Hunter boots (thank you Santa!) and the cutest bow blouse I own! I loved the way this look came together!

feeling very blessed today.

i still have my home, and my family.. and unfortunately, not everyone can say that.

i wish something tragic didn't have to happen to remind us of just how blessed we are.

 this is Clayton.  His sweet family had to say goodbye on May 17th, while he returned home to his Heavenly Father.  We are donating a portion of all Jewelry sales to his family.

Back In Black

Court and I were lucky enough to take our boys out to dinner this past weekend. It was perfect weather for patio sitting and good eats. I decided to wear a classic all black outfit with some great jewelry accents. Also, check out those heels...only $9.00 last week at Target!

Second Feature....Tulle Wreath via Cox's Corner!

I watched Craft Wars (recorded) as I prepared these posts. They mentioned that as crafters- we prepared for holidays all throughout the year. That, my friend, is true. It might be because we are trying to keep readers interested- to stay ahead of the "curve", to be prepared with ideas for when it does come...to be able to budget time and/or money to make it happen. We just may be excited and want everything to come together "just so". Whatever reason....Cox's Corner delivers on thinking ahead for next year.

 

I love the reflection of the flag in the wreath...it inspires me! It may just find it's way into OTHER areas of my house...or my kids clothes....or MY clothes!
