A Few of My Favorite Things...

When it comes to jewelry, or any accessory for that matter, I really don't think a girl can have too many! I'm sure our husbands would disagree...but we know different!
With the holidays coming, and so many people to buy for, it can get pricey, and if you are anything like me, you have a hard time trying to decide what to buy.  You don't want it to be too generic that they feel you didn't put any thought into it, but if you get too specific they may hate it.  So here are a few of my favorite things, that I'm sure any girl would love!

Well this is just the beginning, because we all know I could go on and on.  Be sure to check back for more fun gift giving ideas {and surprise! they aren't ALL from our shop! - gotta spread the love this holiday season!}

First Feature...Yarn! {From Renewed Upon A Dream}

Sarah from Renewed Upon A Dream submitted her tutorial for this sweet AND functional.
Besides being FUNCTIONAL {which I love} but I really like that she used all sorts of random left-over materials. I take personal pride when I can take things that I otherwise would have thrown out and create something worth keeping- or GIVING! Take a second and take a look, you'll be glad you did!

Second Feature....Burlap Flowers from Morena's Corner

Such a terrific-ly cute idea from Morena {again!}. I love the flowers and I love that she used something that might not always be decorated- being decor, itself!
Her tutorial is FABULOUS- I love all her BIG, CLEAR picutures...Courtney can tell you, it's easy to confuse me. ;)

First Feature...Old Windows!

Erin over at Kaminski's Creations submitted this incredible old window project. I really love it for two reasons: 1. I LOVE repurposing items. 2. I ADORE crafts that can also be repurposed, updated, re-done, re-arranged...you get the idea. You'd think I had committment issues.

Erin fashioned this window to serve as a rotation of her scrapbooking. She can put in new pages and put the already showcased pages in a scrapbook. I love that! I love that people will see work that they might not otherwise and I love that it won't be lost after use!

Wowsers, I LOVE Old Windows!

Soooper-Dee-Dooper Cute use of an old window over on Boo and the Boy {Thanks Julia!} I am having a personal war with myself on what fabric I should use in my daughter's room.
The entire bedroom is entirely to-die-for and well done with color and prints! Jump over and go see her handy-work! {HERE}

MORE Fabric Scrap Ideas....

Not gonna lie. I'm running off of 5-hour Energy and sugar- cookies and cupcakes {ehem, diet coke} left over from the 4th. My fabric scrap craft is still undone...so, thanks to OTHER bloggers- mainly Holding Onto The Little Things today, I have some more ideas for those darling fabric scraps!

Tags!

I love paper products. Almost like a sickness. I love to buy them and store them and then have to buy MORE paper products to ORGANIZE the paper products I haven't used yet. I think they mix something into the paper. Something addictive...like diet coke.

So, it just happens that I am LOVING these new tags.
I used these ones for organizing! One tag/bucket per child- these fit perfectly on my stairs. They will sit during the day as a catch-all for each child's things and then at the end of the day, they can take them up to their rooms to empty them.

With so many holidays, weddings and showers- I've been utilizing them as a way to keep everyone's cute-but-the-same-looking drinks safe from spit swapping.

I plan on putting a cute little "Thank you" of some sort for an upcoming wedding.

I'm thinking an advent calendar- different tags for different holidays, maybe?

Maybe make some cute bookmarks for my daughters reading group?

Maybe just put them in a cute bag and store them in a cute bin....

How about you...what would you do with them?
