I must say that I am G-I-D-D-Y to have this lovely vendor come! I, too, am taken by petti skirts- their fluff and frill and complete femininity and fun! I was set on learning how to make one! HAHAHA Well...now none of us have to. ;)
Think of the cute family pictures, or CHRISTMAS pictures....or the instant glam to that homemade (giggle) Halloween costume! Nothing says 'little girl' like one dressed up and twirling! So get your little girlers in and Being Petti will make them ALL twirlers!
