Fabric Scrap Lampshade... a la The 36th Avenue!

Love, Love, Love this Fabric Scrapped-Out Lamp Shade!
With two little girls, I am always looking for ways to add a little funky-pizazz to EVERYTHING. This is a fun, progrss-filled and pride-inducing project that I hope to tackle this week!
